About Us

Welcome to Granny's Retreat! We have 12 bedrooms and bathrooms, event center, and 8 RV spaces right near Fayette Lake. These RV spaces are well kept up and have sewer, electric, and water. We are very close to the Lake Fayette Bass fishing tournaments, and kayaking events and only 8 miles from Round Top antique shopping. The closest large town is, La Grange, and there are many restaurants in that area. We have weekend rates of $45/night per RV space. We have already had great reviews from Hipcamp and other guests that had said they wish to re-book with us. We are also open to corporate stays and long term bookings. House Rules

Leashes on all dogs and please pick up after them
Do not run your AC below 80 if you are going to be gone
Please be respectful of other renters
Please try to checkin between 3pm - 9pm
Rinn provides trash bags and trash cans please put lids on tight because of the raccoons.
We do not allow hunting on the property
Be mindful of the tall grass be sure to wear high boots
The pavilion may be rented out for $50/hr with minimum of 2 hours
We do not have a laundromat but we can recommend one for you
Any leaks or damages that you find please report them to management
Full payment must be taken at the time of booking
If Tomcat does not like you after 2 months you can not rebook

POLICY

Extra Persons

Room prices are based on double occupancy (2 people). there is a surcharge of $25 for each additional person.

High Season Rates

Room rates double during high season (antique/bicycle events). There is a $50 surcharge for single-night reservations. See Cancellations (below) for our cancellation policy as it applies to High Season events.

Cancelations

Your payment, minus a $100 cancellation fee, will be refunded if you give at least 2 weeks notice.

Reservations

The full amount of your fees are due at booking. Mastercard, Visa, and American Express cards are accepted. If you are wanting to mail a check reservations can be held for (1) week. After (1) week the reserved room will be given to the next party on the waiting list. Same-week reservations will not be held; they must be paid with a credit card.

Rooms are usually ready by 3pm, but you may arrange to drop your luggage off earlier. Check-in is no later than 6pm. There is a $50 up charge for late check-in.

We reserve the right to move guests to a different room.
